What else is wrong in Israel?
Hosea 9
- 1-3 Like the heathen, they rejoice in prosperity without regard to God’s provision. For this they shall find famine and captivity.
- 4-5 In a foreign land they will have no means of worshiping God
- 6-9 In captivity they shall smart under the eye of God and at the hand of man
- 10-16 And God will not intervene to deliver them
Hosea 10
- 1-11 In prosperity Israel has turned to other gods; God will not overlook their sin
- 12-15 The prophet cries, “Repent or perish.”
