1 Chronicles 14 adds little information to what we already learned from 2 Samuel 5; but we note that David’s palace was greatly financed by Hiram, the neighboring king of Tyre, verse 1.
Psalm 30, which speaks of the dedication of David’s house, speaks of the king’s thankfulness for God’s deliverance and provision.
